Choose Your Mint!

Good morning!

Gosh!  When I do not walk in the morning, it is so difficult to get my steps up over 5,500, which is the minimum I need to do EVERY day if I have a chance to do the recommended 10,000 a day before the end of the summer.  Today, I am back on track.  I have almost 4,000 steps (2 miles) in and it is barely 7:00 am.  THAT is what I am talking about; although, it feels good to stay in my comfortable bed, it actually feels better to get up and get moving!

Now that I have my numbers out of the way for the morning, I have a request.  Someone, who shall remain nameless, does not like the name of the blog.  Personally, I think it is cute and I love being the Empress of the Mintdom (kingdom); however, I have a lot of respect for this person and since I am a fair (and cute) ruler of my world, I have this request:  please e-mail or post some different names for Mintdom, I would really appreciate it.  I will post the names on Mintdom, anonymously , then hold them up for a vote. It will be exciting to see what everyone comes up with!

I want to do 10,000 steps by the end of the summer so I am continuing to choose to walk each day
