One Giant Step for ‘Mintkind’

Good morning!

Once again, I am shy of my 5,500, my 6,000, and certainly my 10,000 steps per day goal; however, I am not discouraged. What I AM doing right is that I continue to work towards those goals; I track, and share my stats each day with you.  I am determined to get to walking 10,000 steps consistently before the end of the summer.  When I accomplish that, I am going to throw a party to celebrate that and to celebrate all of you – my family and friends.  I know that none of this would be possible without you. I think the theme will be an Apollo 11 theme. Some of you might remember when Neil Armstrong became the first man to walk on the moon and made his famous statement.

“That’s one small step for man; one giant leap for mankind.”  – Neil Armstrong

When I walk my 10,000 steps consistently for month I will say, “That’s one small step for health; on giant step for MINTkind!
