Good morning Mintdom!
This will be brief because I have Toastmasters this morning AND I have to do a speech! Anyway, I did over 6,000 steps yesterday despite the fact that I spent the day writing and working on my speech. Whoo hoo! I am still having difficulties with my knees; however, I DID find 11 knee exercises to do, so I am adding that to my comMINTments. October, I am bumping my steps up to 7,000 a day. whoo hoo!
My question to you today is, do you have goals? If you have goals, do you write them down. I can’t tell you what the statistic is right now, but it is VERY high that successful people have written goals. I write mine at the beginning of the year and keep them at my desk so they are in front of me. I also have them at home and I do a vision board. I really need to do a new vision board. I keep mine on my computer and, in my garage so when I get out of the car I see it! Oh? You do not keep your car in your garage? Maybe you can make it a goal to clean it out so it fits! LOL! I am just kidding. Many people where I live use their garage as storage since we do not have basements or attics. I like that I do not have storage space because it keeps me streamlined.
Ok… need to practice my speech a few more times. I love you all!
