Good morning Mintdom,
Many of you know that we are moving into a new office. The past couple of days we have been putting together furniture. Every time I think that I am getting into shape, something happens and I can see how I still have a long way to go! While putting together this furniture, I discovered that I need muscles that I did not know I had AND honestly, I did not do that much. I guess I need to get on the floor more, but right now I need to wait for the bruises on my knees to go away! LOL!!

I kind of like the idea that this is a big project. My undo-it-yourself project is to eliminate my sedentary lifestyle. In order to undo this lifestyle, I need to Move, Move, Move, and Move. These past 6 months or so, I have been moving more then I have in a long time, BUT it is not enough. I need to remember what I was like when I was a toddler, a kid, a teenager, or a young adult. So the next 21 days, I am going to spend 10 minutes a day mimicking actions of my youth (not that I am that old hehe) like riding bikes, crawling around on the floor, skating (elliptical) etc. I will let you know how much muscle memory that I have left.
