Good morning Mintdom
I did not meet my goal yesterday and I am good with that. I am not just ok with it; I am GOOD with it. I know THAT it is hard to believe – it is for me. When I looked in the mirror last night I said, “Wow, you had a very busy day at your desk today. Even with your computer issues, you accomplished a lot – good job!” That felt GREAT! I am coming to see that talking to me in a negative way does not produce good results. On the contrary, talking to me in a positive way leads to GREAT results, as I am ready to sprint into my day today.

I have several journals. One of my favorite ones is my prayer and celebration journal. (I received my latest one and the idea from my sister, Nancy). On one side of the journal, I write the names of people that I pray for currently. On the other side, I write down things that make me smile or that I am celebrating. When I am feeling down, I look back at previous days, see my celebrations and I cannot help but feel better. Do you keep a journal? It is a GREAT habit to get into. I start with prayers or thoughts for others (it is much easier to start with, others then it is to start with me). Once I start writing, the thoughts just keep coming.
