Good morning Mintdom,
One of my goals in 2009 was to start a blog. If that was not the best goal that I wrote, then I do not know what it would be! I cannot tell you how rewarding it is for me to write this blog – talking about instant gratification, and I mean that in a good way. If you ever have a big goal or just feeling a little lonely or disconnected, try writing a blog. Each day that I write, my rewards are the most wonderful feedback, encouragements, guidance, pats on the backs, and love. Sometimes it is private and sometimes it is public. There are days that you bring me to tears at the outpouring of love I receive. There are days when I want to reach through the screen and hug that person that just shared with me something painful or joyous. Each day I learn something about me and or about you that move me forward (even when I do not want to) and nudge me closer to my goals. You lift me up when I am down, you celebrate my accomplishments, and you encourage me at all times. I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Words are powerful, they either hurt or heal and they are powerful tools that help us with our goals. I am beginning to write my goals for 2010 and I can tell you that writing a blog is definitely on the list – the benefits are amazing!
