Good morning Mintdom,

I realize that I am a little off track these days. I was thinking about that this morning. I think it is because I am not focused enough right now. I am not reading enough or seeking to learn. I know that I am not getting enough intentional exercise in during the day. Between, the holidays, moving offices and setting up technology systems, and keeping up with day-to-day obligations, I am finding myself having difficulties keeping up. It is time to get back to basics. Skipping my exercise is probably the worse thing I can do. Starting today, I am taking 10 minutes of intentional exercise this morning. I started there before and it increases and becomes a habit. I am going to take 10 minutes during my workday to go and walk on the treadmill (no sweating). I am going to finish the day with a 10-minute walk either outside or at the gym. There is my 30 minutes a day. I am excited to start!

I also need to get back to reading and being an intentional student. I probably need to take a class. I have a Toastmaster speech coming up that I need to begin work on. That always stimulates my mind. Do you have ideas on a topic? I think that all this will get me back on track.
