Good morning Mintdom!
Even though I have not been writing, I STILL counted my steps. I swear my pedoMINTer has become like another appendage for me! LOL I do not know about how you feel, but I have missed you ALL a lot. Even though I have not been writing, I have thought about you every day. I have spent the time with family and friends, and winding up 2009 at work and in my personal life. I am not quite finished yet, but I have completed my goals for 2010. I have goals in five areas: Spiritual, Family, Business, Financial, and Personal (includes both physical and mental health). I thought that I would share my Personal Goals with you. I am also including my reward for accomplishing my goals (as my sister, Nancy would say, I am all about the fun – she is right!).
Goal: The end to which all effort is directed (I have this definition written at the top of my goal sheet)
Personal – Mental Health/Physical Health
At least 6,000 steps per day
Eat a healthy diet (1200 – 1500 Calories) daily
Sign up for one class 9/2010
Take one planned vacation 2010
Read an affirmation each day
Be available for ‘the man’ 2010
Read 1 book a month 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
Write Mintdom at least 5 times per week
Create 2010 Vision Board

My goals are on a sheet of paper on my bulletin board at work, and make a vision board to support it. I take a photo of my vision board and use it as a screen saver.

This last day of 2009, I want to thank you for all the support and encouragements that you have given to me this year. You ALL are precious to me, and enhance my life every time we come in contact. Thanks for filling my tanks! I love you and as my Mom would type xoxoxoxo (hugs and kisses). See you next year!
