01/22/10 – 5,051 Steps (Retreat 1/2 Day)

 01/23/10 – 3,745 Steps (Retreat)

 01/24/10 – 4,863 Steps

Good morning Mintdom,

I made an interesting observation about my steps. Even though I have been babying my heel, my steps are still higher then when I first started counting my steps every day. When I first started, I had a difficult time getting over 2,000 steps. 3745 Steps is the lowest step count I have had in months. I can see that my life style is definitely changing. Whoo hoo!

This weekend I attended an awesome retreat; it was the launch of a new business and the realization of a dream of a friend of mine. Not only was the retreat renewing, refreshing and replenishing, for me, it was an honor to be able to witness a dream come to reality. It gave me hope that my dreams can come true.
