Good morning Mintdom,
I am running late this morning so this will be short. I wanted you all to know that my foot is feeling better. It is not perfect yet but it has vastly improved. I saw a short video yesterday of one of my inspirations – Jim Rohn.
“We learn from the negative as well as the positive.” –Jim Rohn
He went on to explain that if you survive your first heart attack, you might now live to be a very old person. After a heart attack, your doctor might tell you that if you do not make changes in your life you are history. This is what you call a BIG wake-up call. Therefore, you start making healthy changes and the changes you make now may save your life.
I totally see the merit in the above quote just from my experience of the painful heel. It was a wake up call to take better care of my feet – to stretch, to wear good shoes, and to pay attention when there is pain.
