Good morning Mintdom,
Part of my journey towards better health is to lead a positive life. I use several tools to help me. One of my favorite is a little widget on my computer that counts the number of days in a row that I do not complain. If I complain, I have to reset it. I also wear a ‘Complaint Free World’ bracelet. I am trying to go 21 days complaint free. The most days that I have put together are six days in a row so far. It is easy for me to get distracted from them. My questions to you this morning are these:
What are your obstacles to your goals? (TV is one of mine) What tools do you use to keep yourself on focused on your goals? (I surround myself with people, places and things that remind me of my goals)
