It is a Toastmaster morning so this will be short. I now have an exercise monitor and I hope that it will push me to work a little harder on my exercise. I have someone checking it each week so if it does not push me – someone still holds me accountable. I am excited about it. I think the combination of prayer, meditation, journaling, and music is the BEST way to start my day. Yikes! Did I actually say meditation? A couple of years ago, I would have not included the meditation or the journaling – actually, I would not have even included the music! Actually if prayer was the only thing that I did in the morning, it still is a good start – adding those other things make it even better!
