04/06/10 – 7,688 Steps
Good morning Mintdom,
Jeepers! Yesterday was such a good day for me. My step count was up, an hour of exercise and :::whispering::: I lost four pounds. I am saying it softly as not to jinx it. LOL! This is a day and a week that I want to repeat EVERY week. My only eeck with the past week is that I have not been sleeping well at all. I will have to figure that out. Do you think that I could I have TOO much energy? LOL

Yesterday was also good because my friend Jen introduced me to a woman who actually lives on the street behind me, but I did not know. She has done business with Jen and Jen recognized that she lived in my neighborhood and thought we should know each other. The three of had a GREAT dinner last night and I am looking forward to getting to know my new friend. Thanks, Jen for your thoughtfulness – I hope you have happiness for a lifetime!
