Good morning Mintdom,
I think I will get in 5 hours of exercise this week. I only have 33 minutes left to go and I have tomorrow to do that – piece of cake! I will tell you though, I can feel all my muscles and I am realizing how closed up I have become. It is good to know this because now I am trying new ways of doing things. I have a new way of sitting at my desk though and I think that will help. I sit on sort of the edge of the chair with one foot underneath and one foot out. This is suppose to help my back – it feels good anyway!

I think that my muscles were beginning to atrophy because I did not move enough. So maybe I am not using my risk muscle, but I AM using other muscles each day and it feels GREAT! It sure is a good thing that I’ve started now because at 55 oops I mean 57 years of age, my muscles might start losing their memories!
