Fruit – Glorious – Fruit!

5/2/10 – 6,512 Steps

30 minutes of exercise

Good morning Mintdom,

Last night I struggled with going to Toastmasters or going to the gym – Toastmasters won. This morning I overslept and so neither the gym nor Toastmasters won, but I am well rested! LOL

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow.”

Obviously, it is challenging to keep up with my life. I got a lot accomplished this weekend AND even had a chance to relax a little. There is a new challenge in May on Spark People and part of it is to get in 8 hours of sleep a night. I am going to work on that. Therefore, here is my focus for May

8 hours of sleep each night

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Gag down err… I mean eat at least 2 servings of fruit a day (vegetables are easy for me)

Get in 5 hours or more of exercise

And of course…. Keep Movin!

That should do it for May
