Good morning Mintdom,
So here, I am once again. I do not know why I have not been able to put together at least a few days that I get everything done that is on my list to do, especially when it comes to steps, exercise and water. If I get my exercise in – my steps lag, if I get my steps up there, my exercise lags, and if I do household chores, or get some personal things done, then both my exercise and steps lag. On top of that, when I am at home, I hardly think about water – ‘ug’.

I love this quote – it is full of grace for me. I feel like I am fortunate that I DO know where I am going, and I DO make progress every day. When I look back over this past year, I can see the progress that I have made. I am mentally and physically stronger and, I have more confidence and determination then I have ever had in my life! Best of all, I have met new friends along the way.
