I had a good busy day yesterday and even managed to get almost my 7,000. I will be happy today, to get my steps up to 5,000 and getting to the pool. Exercising in the pool is good for me, although, I am still sore from Monday. Being sore is a good thing and my joints are happy thanks to my friend, and teacher, Lauren!

I came upon this quote yesterday and my first thought was, that is a great quote. My second thought was that I am now in advanced affirmation mode. LOL I am laughing because it took me years to buy in to the whole affirmation thing. My sister Nancy has done affirmations for years. I finally decided to try it. My first one was I LOVE to exercise. I wrote it on a 3×5 card and kept it in my bathroom. Then I took a class that including writing affirmations and now I have stacks of cards with affirmations on them. Now I am not only sharing my affirmations with you in my blog, I have my own word for them! I have become a firm believer in affirmations. I encourage you to start your own set of affirmations today – they work!
