I have a partner now and she is from the great state of Texas! The hard part of all this is that what I do will affect her score too, so if I do not make my goals, it will affect her too! Yikes! I am doing it anyway. The second part of this streak is to track a nutrient. I decided to track my sodium intake – I am not putting a value on it – I am just going to track it.
This is where you find Sodium and what it does for our bodies
Sodium is found mainly in blood plasma and in the fluids outside the body cells. It helps regulate the movement of body fluids in and out of the body cells. Sodium helps your muscles and heart to relax. It is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses and helps to regulate blood pressure.
This streak idea is a good one. It is easier to get some successes under your belt because they are small; these successes propel you towards forming healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Is there a streak that you would like to start?
