Good morning Mintdom,
Those statistics are much better. Phew – glad to be back on track. Because of the summer challenge on http://www.SparkPeople.com, I have gone the week without drinking any soft drinks; although, that is not very hard because I am not a big soft drink person, and I only drink diet when I do. I mention this because I thought it was surprising that there are 10 teaspoons of sugar in each 12 ounce can. Yikes! If I WAS a soda drinker, that would have stopped me in my tracks.
Yesterday, I listened to a Brian Buffini Webinar that talked about the Three Keys to High Performance. One of the keys is practice, and I think we all know that but here is what he said about it that struck me.
1. Learn it (right)
2. Do it
3. Struggle with it (this is where most people give up)
4. Do it again
Jeepers! I can totally relate to number three. I am putting this on a 3×5 card along with the following quote:
