Spending Time – Distractions – Priorities

Good morning Mintdom,

I knew that yesterday was going to be a good day for steps!  A year ago, I could barely imagine 10,000 steps on a day without work, but to have over 10,000 steps on a workday would have been unimaginable. I have come a long way baby! 

I am late this morning because Minty commanded my attention; my choice – I could not resist her!
