01/10/11 – 10 Minutes of Exercise – Monday Off – H2O – 8 glasses
Good morning Mintdom!
You may be thinking that with only 10 minutes of exercise a day, there should be no days off. I feel funny about it myself; however, I am forming a habit, and if I was doing 30 or 60 minutes a day, I would take Mondays off for sure and probably Fridays. I am working as if I am at full scale. During these last ten days, I have noticed a couple of things – I already have more energy, and I find myself breaking out in exercise when I am home! It is amusing because, I find myself dancing from room to room instead of walking. A couple of times, I have been standing with the TV remote control in my hand, and suddenly break out in the 10-minute cardio while flipping channels! In addition, I am beginning to LOVE water so there are definitely some good things going on in my brain! I think I discovered ‘Purposeful, Accidental Water Syndrome’ (PAWS)! LOL!
My conclusion is that if you want to form any sort of habit, start with 10 minutes each day and you may develop PAWS!
