I know there are millions of people that that start their year with a new diet. The gyms and weight loss centers are normally their fullest in January; however, this diet is different and one that you only have to be on for one week to see a difference. Does it sound too good to be true? It is not – this diet will take loads of weight off but not off your waistline – it will take a load off your mind. The challenge is that for 7 days; do not allow yourself to dwell for even a minute on any kind of negative though. As soon a negative thought appears, let it go or turn it around to a positive. If you fall off the diet, then start over.
This challenge is difficult, so to help you, it is probably a good idea to turn off the news, recycle your newspaper BEFORE reading it and avoid negative situations and people. Instead, surround yourself with positive music, reading and people.
