I did not meet my goals, and especially 1/4
H2O Challenge: Drink 8 glasses of water per day (8)
Exercise Challenge: Do at least 10 minutes of exercise per day (28 minutes)
Step Challenge: Walk 6,000 steps per day (6,096)
January Challenge: Walk 50 miles this month (11.79 miles so far)
After not meeting any of my goals for two days, I am back and it feels GREAT! Actually Friday, 1/3 was close with some of them. Friday was the night of our office Best Year Ever Party. Lots of glitz and glamour! Since the holidays I have been wearing tennis shoes all the time because I have a tracker on one that counts my steps and my activity. I debated and debated and in the end, I wore my black tennis shoes with the hot pink soles. To off set the shoes, I also wore a tiara. My mom used to tell me that you had to suffer for beauty. While my pride suffers every time I wear tennis shoes; it shoes how serious I am about staying on the right path AND I was probably the most comfortable person in the room! Even though I did not make my step goal that night, I am not giving up!
