    September 2009 Retreat Schedule

    7:30 – 8:15 Wake up, make bed, get dressed
    8:15 – 8:30 Stretch
    8:30 – 9:00 Cardio
    9:00 – 9:15 Cool down
    9:15 – 9:30 Make coffee, drink juice, take vitamins
    9:30 – 10:30 Spark People
    10:30 – 11:00 Breakfast (2 eggs w/spinach and feta)
    11:00 – 12:30 Mintdom
    12:30 – 1:00 Clean refrigerator, make grocery list
    1:30 – 3:30 Pool
    3:30 – 4:15 Home, shower
    4:15 – 5:30 Grocery shop
    5:30 – 5:45 Put groceries away
    5:45 – 6:30 Work on office
    6:30 – 7:00 Finish making dinner
    7:00 – 7:45 Dinner
    7:45 – 8:00 Clean kitchen
    8:00 – 8:30 Take a walk
    8:30 – 9:00 Plan the week
    9:00 – 10:00 Spark People
    10:00 Retreat ends, life begins again! Whoo hoo!

    Of course this schedule is not written in blood, but I used it as a guide for my day. It is 2:30 and it has been a GREAT day so far, but obviously I am not at the pool yet!
