02/14/10 – 10 Minutes of Exercise (Dancing) – 7,243 Steps (found pedometer) whoo hoo!
Good morning Mintdom,
I have a busy week this week, both at work and at home. I am heading to California on Friday to attend a convention. I am excited for a couple of reasons. First, I get to spend 6 days with my sister, Nancy who is also going, and second, this is my first time at the Keller Williams Realty Family Reunion. You know how it is when you are getting ready to leave town; there are a million-and-one things to do and a lot on my mind – hence the early posting this morning. I am a little nervous about all the walking, but I am wearing good shoes and bringing Motrin. LOL!
Jeepers – my mind is going in a hundred directions right now. I am excited for Friday, and it is ONLY Monday! It is hard to focus so I am making lists of what I need to do a personal list, work list, and packing list. I learned to make lists from my dad; he is the champion of lists. I think that once I get it all down on paper, my mind will slow down. I already feel better just writing this morning. Maybe that is the cure to my insomnia – just get up and write. LOL
