Good morning Mintdom,

I FINALLY found my pedometer – yikes! I do not like going without it; it is as if every step is wasted!  Lo Anyway, I have it back and I really NEED to get up to Weight Watchers and get a spare. 

Many of you have heard that I am a member of Spark People.  It is a GREAT site for learning how to live a healthy balanced life.  Yesterday, I signed up for a summer camp in one of my groups.  I think it is going to be similar to the TV show ‘The Amazing Race’.  There are challenges every day.  One of the challenges I accepted is to be out of bed BEFORE 6:00 am during the week.  I used to do that every day, but lately, I have slacked off.  I am trying to go for the longest streak of doing that, that I can. I will be putting this up every day.  I also need to track a nutrient each day, but I have not decided what I want to track yet.  I will let you know.  That did not sound too difficult for me. Well the kicker is, I members are given a partner to compete with other teams – Yikes!  I needed something new and here it is; it is a little scary, but I am up for the challenge.  If you are interested in getting involved visit and you can enter your OWN Amazing Race!
