Good morning Mintdom!
For some reason, yesterday, I took off my pedometer in the morning and did not put it back on for the rest of the day. I will tell you though, that I am sure that it was a very low step day. I guess I took my resting very seriously because the only time I went outside was to take these couple of pictures of the sunset.
I did actually have to go down stairs and scooch under boat stuff to get the pictures and then go back up the other set of stairs. That was it though. The only other thing that I did was make lasagna sauce for the 90th birthday party tonight for my aunt.
Speaking of my aunt, my surprise went off without a hitch. She was at a restaurant with my folks and another one of my aunts, and I came up from behind, laid my hand on her shoulder and asked if I could join the party. She actually yelled! It was GREAT! I love surprises!
“If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there would be a shortage of fishing poles.” – Doug Larson
To me the most important things in life are my relationships with family and friends. Of course, it is difficult to enjoy those relationships if I do not have my health and I am working diligently on that.

Make it a GREAT day, IF you choose to.
Life is good!
