Good morning Mintdom,
Tuesday was a GREAT day for exercise – lots of steps PLUS an hour of good exercise. Today will be good also as I have training and a community event. Yesterday, I stayed at my desk most of the day, but still managed to get in almost 5,000. I have increased my steps a lot in a year. I am still short the 10,000; however, I started at around 2,000 steps a day. Remember the tortoise won the race.
