Good morning Mintdom!
Whoo hoo! I made my first 10,000 step during the week goal! For those of you that have been following me for a while, you know that I actually had a 15,000-step day, BUT that was the wedding day of my nephew, and I did a lot of walking and dancing. Yesterday was a normal workday so I am counting it as a true goal accomplishment day. In addition, I did it before the summer officially ended. When DOES summer officially end? I will have to look it up! I am telling you now, writing your goals down works. When I noticed the other day that I was less then 2,000 steps shy of 10,000, I understood that it was doable. Now the REAL work comes in. My goal is not to reach 10,000 steps once. My goal is to do 10,000 steps CONSISTANTLY! The good news is that I know how to do that! I have to walk in the morning, be conscience of walking during the day, and walk in the evening. The point is, it is doable and today I am celebrating my accomplishMINT, my journey, and all of you in Mintdom!
